James Tippett
James Tippett is a Senior Project Engineer at Quandel Consultants. He has over 30 years of experience in the inspection, design, construction, and rehabilitation of railroad and highway bridges. James is experienced in NBIS safety and fracture critical bridge inspections, preparing bridge condition reports, and completing bridge plan sets for construction. James has successfully managed several bridge design projects ranging from small single-span crossings to multi-span curved fly-over structures. He has extensive knowledge in identifying needs, prioritizing repairs, estimating cost, and developing scopes for a wide variety of highway and railroad bridge projects. James received his BSCE in 1989 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, and is a licensed professional engineer in the states of AZ, AK, IL, IN, and MI.
